Terms of Service

By using Wynder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Wynder is a batch AI image generation platform for content creators. We provide tools to submit prompts, generate images via third-party AI APIs, and organize production outputs. The first product is image generation. More tools are coming.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to use Wynder. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and billing

Wynder operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and spent when images are generated. The cost per image is shown before any batch runs.

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
• Subscription plans renew automatically each month until cancelled
• Unused credits from subscriptions roll over as described on the pricing page
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wynder to generate content that:

• Is illegal or violates any applicable law or regulation
• Depicts minors in a sexual context
• Is defamatory, harassing, or intended to harm another person
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Is designed to deceive or defraud

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider, the images generated from them. Wynder does not claim ownership of your content.

The Wynder platform, branding, and codebase are owned by Wynder and may not be copied or redistributed.

6. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Image generation depends on third-party AI APIs which may experience outages. We will not issue credits for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wynder's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your credits are forfeited and your data may be deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
