Wynder ("we," "us," or "our") operates trywynder.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information we collect
When you create an account or use Wynder, we may collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
- Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers on our servers
- Usage data — prompts you submit, projects you create, images generated, and credit usage
- OAuth profile data — if you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email from that provider
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Wynder service
- To process payments and manage your credit balance
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
- To improve the product and diagnose technical issues
Third-party services
Wynder uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- OpenAI — AI image generation (prompts are sent to OpenAI's API)
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored temporarily and may be cleaned up after 30 days of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at grant@trywynder.com.
Cookies
We use browser local storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children's privacy
Wynder is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Wynder after changes constitutes acceptance.
